Gym Time!

Each month, mommy and nae nae try to get us to Rolly Pollies...we absolutely love it there and it's perfect to run around safely!  It's not usually too busy so we can do anything we want!  Even Jaden is warming up to Miss Sam-he let her pick him up and even laughed with her! 
Jaden and I are able to do so much more independently each time..mommy says that it is amazing how much he and I grow each time we go!  I ran around like I owned the place today!

Family Fun at Just Fun

What is a better way to spend a cold winter day than to run around and climb on a huge jungle gym?!?  When we first got there (Just Fun), mommy and daddy were a bit worried since there were a bunch of birthday parties and older kids on the gym but it worked out well!  I warmed up and eventually ran around the whole thing all by myself without mommy!  When the bigger kids went to eat, Jaden joined me and mommy while daddy kept track of me when I went too far ahead of mommy!  Jaden was a bit unsure at first but quickly began to feel comfortable running around!  The best part is the huge slide!

After, mommy and daddy took us for some lunch.  It is good practice and Jaden and I are better behaved each time we go!  Eventually we will graduate to a more sophisticated restaurant but for now, we stick to the kid friendly places :)

Our Unsafe Little Boy...

I think mommy and daddy tell Jaden and I that we are being "unsafe" in their sleep!  Jaden loves to get a reaction out of everyone-especially mommy and daddy!  I just think it is funny to copy Jaden so I have been doing the same stuff as Jaden even though I have never done this kind of stuff before!

 

Jaden's other big thing right now is to give kisses and hugs!  Mommy really enjoys this and says that it makes up for all the trouble he gets into!

 

Soccer Time!

I'm following in mommy and daddy's footsteps....they signed me up for soccer!  I had my first class tonight!  Although I started off excited, I got a little intimidated by all the bigger boys in my class!  It is a beginner league for 2.5-3yr olds but since I'm tiny, I tend to get knocked around by all the wild boys!  Mommy says that she always had the same problem when she played so that made me feel a bit better!  I hope to learn how to score lots of goals just like how mommy used to!

 

 

 

 

After, mommy took me for some ice cream!  It was a blast having special time with just mommy!  I even ate most of my ice cream which is unusual for me!

 

 

Mommy and Daddy Get-a-Way

This past weekend, mommy and daddy took a little trip down to Ellicottville for some skiing and relaxation.  Grandma K stayed at our house and nae nae helped out too!  After all, there are 2 of us kids and 4 dogs to look after!  This was Jaden's first night away from mommy and daddy and he did good!  Mommy and daddy found a cool place for tubing and they said that next year, they are going to bring us along!

As most know, I love my baby dolls.  I have names for alot of them...Charlie, Ella, Olivia, Big Baby, Sally, Peter and Duncan.  I do everything with them as mommy does with Jaden.  The other night after mommy put me to bed, I gathered all the babies and lined them up on my bed and then cuddled in between them.  Mommy and daddy did a double take when they looked in the monitor since all they saw were babies and no me!

Explore & More Fun

A good winter activity is to take a trip out to Explore and More.  We can't wait until it moves into the city since it will be 10x the size and much closer!  Until then, it is a good place to visit every so often for the chance to run around and try different activities! 

Jaden absolutely loves climbing!  He is such a trouble maker-climbs, throws things and hits things all the time!  This place is perfect for Jaden since there is opportunity to do all that!

Aquarium Family Day!

With the winter upon us, we try to find new fun things to try so we can run around and get some energy out.  Daddy had a great idea of driving up to the Niagara Falls Aquarium this weekend!  It was empty and exactly what we were looking for!  Jaden and I are super interested in fish right now so it was a blast running around to see all the big and little fish!  We even got to watch the penguins eat!

Since the aquarium is a bit small, we decided to go to Chuck-e-Cheese for lunch!  This was our first time and it was a lot of fun!  We tried all sorts of new rides and even ate a wonderful lunch!  Family days are the best!
