16 Months Old!

What a difference a year makes!  Last year at this time, mommy and daddy spent most of their time trying to get me to stop crying and a year later, I'm a happy, inquisitive little girl.  I babble all the time and know about 15 words.  My newest word is "melmo" meaning Elmo.  I know all the doggies' names and am always willing to help give them toys and pick up their food bowls after they are done eating. I'm such a good little helper!  I'm a tad shy of 19lbs and am about 30in tall.  Needless to say, I'm still a peanut!
I'm done with bottles and am beginning to show small signs of being interested in "using the potty".  I'm still not a fan of the car but mommy and daddy have learned some tricks to help me through it.  I now kind of enjoy going on family walks where last summer, I hated every minute!    I even show signs of cuddling at times which was unheard of even a couple months ago!  I will sit with my juice for about 5-10 minutes watching a video on the tv but after that, I'm off doing something.  I'm surely a girl on the move.  My favorite toy right now is my play baby stroller and my baby.  I love pushing her around the house!  I also love playing outside in the water!  I also love slides and anything that gives me a thrill!
My appetite hasn't increased too much but I do have my favorites that I eat on a consistent basis.  My favorites include McDonald's hamburgers, strawberries, yogurt drops, graduate spaghetti o's and oreos.  I also love my juice or "duce" as I call it!  I almost forgot, I now have enough hair for mommy to put a band in it.  I fight her with this every morning but she continues to try!
