Visiting the Northtowns

When Avery was born, daddy and mommy decided that it would be better for daddy to take a day each week off instead of taking a lot of time right in the beginning when Avery came home.  This is turning out to be a great idea since we are using this day as a family fun day each week!

This week, we decided to head up north to visit North Tonawanda.  Our first stop was Niawanda Park.  We rode our bikes, fed bread to the geese and grabbed lunch at Mississippi Mudds.

 Our next stop was the Herschell Carousel Museum.  We really enjoyed the rides.  It wasn't real crowded, the rides were our speed and lots of fun!  Our favorite was the boats and "horses".

 

 

 Mommy and daddy love days like this when we are so busy that Jaden and I fall asleep afterwards!  This ride home was extra good since all 3 of us kids slept most of the way!  Another successful, fun trip as a family of 5!

 

We were all beat from the busy day in the sun after we returned home!
