Pool

This has certainly been an interesting 4 months with our pool.  On Easter, daddy found a tear down the side of the pool which must have happened during the November storm.  After finding out that insurance and warranties wouldn't cover anything, mommy and daddy decided to keep it covered for this summer and figure out what to do next summer.  Mommy and daddy are different in a lot of ways but they are both very determined people.  Daddy ended up finding the wall of the pool in PA.  The store originally said that it wouldn't be in until mid to late summer.  We decided to order it and just save it until next spring.  Well, as we know by now, nothing ever goes as planned.  The pool place called early June and said that the wall was in.  Daddy took off work one day and drove down to PA to pick it up.  After a few cancellations due to weather, the pool installers came out and took the pool down.  They decided that the ground was too wet so they couldn't install the new pool as planned.  Hours after they left, monsoon rain came in and the area was then under water rather than there just being a few puddles.

Again, daddy is very determined.  Once he heard that the weekend was supposed to be nice, he got up at 5am and shop vac'd the water from the area.  He had to empty it 8 times and we have a fairly big shop vac!  Needless to say, it dried up this weekend and the pool installers came back early today!  Now to fill it and enjoy it!
