My Favorites!

Two of my favorite things to do this summer so far are to go to the park and to go swimming.  Since Nae Nae took me to swim lessons this spring, I associate the pool with Nae Nae and don't understand why she isn't always here to go in the pool with me!  Since I am a little fish and since we aren't getting a "real" pool until next year, mommy found this little one for me-big enough for me to kick my feet and swim around but also small enough where she can watch both me and Jaden!  Jaden likes to go in as long as the water is warm enough-he is very particular and lets us know when he doesn't like something! lol


As you know, I love to run and when I'm excited and happy, I always have my tongue out!

Mommy took us to a bigger park this morning.  She says that she gets bored so she wanted to try something new!  Jaden wasn't too happy about it since there were not any swings (found this out when we got there) but it didn't help that his teeth are bothering him and he was tired!  He did watch me and the other kids-taking everything in for when he can walk and join in the fun!  Jaden is always such a good sport!



Little Bit of This Little Bit of That

Since we have had lots of appointments this month, we have been hanging out at home quite a bit.  It has been fun and I'm always up to something new each day!  My favorite things to do right now are playing with my babies and jumping on my trampoline!

Jaden: Watch Me Grow 9 months

Jaden is 9 months old today!  He is getting to the fun age!  He has had another VERY big month!  Jaden has made big progress-his allergy tests showed no significant allergies, he doesn't have to go back to his GI doctor unless there is a problem and he is in the 50% for height!  He is growing so much!  Mommy says that she looks at him in the crib and wonders where her little baby went!  Jaden now has 2 teeth and more are coming, he has started to drink his juice from a sippy and has cut out his 3rd nap of the day.  He moves forward and backward in his walker-which by the way-I love to use the other walker and play bumper cars with :)  Jaden has begun to use the "big boy" car seat and scoots all around on the floor! 
Jaden's favorite toy this month is his race car where he shakes the rattle and the car moves.  He also loves playing peek-a-boo and patty cake.  His favorite thing to do is watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on TV.  What an exciting month!
By the way...mommy says that Jaden cooperates so much more with these pictures than I ever used to!

Busy Busy

What a weekend..the zoo on Friday, grandma Sue & grandpa Vince's Sat and the Crohn's Walk on Sunday!  This is how time seems to go by so quickly! 

Grandma Sue & grandpa Vince recently moved into their new home so we haven't been able to see them in a while!  This weekend, we finally went to see their new place!  They even have a cool "play area"for all of us kids when we come to visit!  I was amazed by all the toys that we don't have at home-mommy and daddy didn't think there could be any toys that we don't have but boy were they wrong!

On Sunday, mommy took me to meet Nae Nae and grandma K for the Crohn's Walk!  I even wore my special sticker that said "walking for Nae Nae"!  It was so so hot but I was such a trooper and so was mommy seeing that I wanted her to carry me half the time!  I loved watching all the people and playing on the "big kid" swings!  I don't understand what Crohn's Disease is yet but mommy says that Nae Nae is one tough cookie!   I love my Nae Nae!

Zoo Fun

This whole season pass to the zoo is lots of fun!  We met Nae Nae there this morning and it was perfect weather yet a bit crowded since mommy didn't realize that it was "school day" at the zoo.  We checked out some of my favorite animals like the sea lion and bears but also tried new things too!  I finally got to go on the train!  We also saw a baby leopard and monkeys!  My favorite is still the sea lion-he makes me laugh when he swims under the bridge!  Jaden was such a good boy too-he loves when mommy puts him in the bjorn and he can see everything!  Next time, I defintly want to find the playground when mommy feeds Jaden-we couldn't find the one my size this time!

Ring-A-Round-the-Rosie

Mommy is amazed by how much I learn each day at daycare!  I come home with new words and can even talk in sentences now!  I'm even more inquisitive than ever.  Everything is, "what's that noise and why".  I love to sing-my favorite songs right now are Baa Baa Black Sheep, ABCs, Patty Cake, It's Raining It's Pouring, and my ultimate favorite is Ring a Round the Rosie!  Mommy had the bright idea of showing me to hold my baby's hand while holding her hand and I haven't stopped wanting to do it since!  I love to sing the song and get anyone near me to spin in the circle with us!

Jaden Growing Up

My little brother is making great advances in the last couple weeks!  He has gotten 2 teeth, is on the verge of crawling and loves to stand and even walk with assistance!  He gets big smiles and giggles!  He seems so much happier already with being able to be more independent just like how I was when I was his age!

New Toy!

When I was in gym class, there was a trampoline that I used to love to jump on even though I didn't quite get the idea of "jumping" a couple months ago.  Mommy and daddy love to make me and my brother happy and excited so they did their research and got usour very own trampoline!  I'm soooo very excited about it and before it came, mommy told me about it one day so every day after, I kept asking about it!  Jaden can't jump quite yet but he loves when mommy holds him and jumps up and down with him!  Now we just have to find a good flat area in our backyard!
