Summer Trip!

Mommy said that she isn't going to call our trip a vacation since it is certainly ALOT of work traveling with 3 young kids but we love our family time and this was a trip filled with memories!  We started by leaving very early morning Tuesday this week.  We all did awesome in the car and slept a lot of the 7 hour drive.

We started by stopping off at the hotel to drop off all the food for Avery that needed to be refrigerated.  We were then off to NJ for the Adventure Aquarium!  Our favorite parts were the hippos, huge sea turtle and the sharks.  Jaden was a bit unhappy that there wasn't any sea lions since those are his favorite.  This aquarium was large with many different activities for kids.  It would be better if there weren't so many field trips.  This place was packed the day we were here.

Our next two days were spent at Sesame Place.  I still remember this place from when we went when I was 2yrs old!  I was very very excited to go and couldn't wait to go on the tea cups with mommy.  Me, mommy and Jaden love to spin!  Some things have changed since the last time we went.  They added some things but also took a couple rides out.  Our favorite rides were by far the roller coaster and tea cups (monster mix-up).

We also loved the water slide!

One of our favorites.  Daddy even went on this with us and he can't do most rides!

 Parade Time!

A play area for Avery!  She was in her glory being able to climb on things!

At points, Avery decided to zonk out.  She tried her best to stay up for everything.  She doesn't like to miss things!

On our last day, we drove to the Crayola Experience on our way home.  While this place was neat, it was very crowded and it was difficult to really try all the activities they had there without being pushed around.  Jaden isn't a fan of crowds so he was happier to be in the stroller.  I, on the other hand, love arts and crafts so I really enjoyed this stop.

It was a nice week away from the running around.  While we enjoyed our time, it was also nice coming home to sleep in our own beds and get back into a routine!

Busy Friday

Mommy was out of town for a couple days this past week and we have been on the go since.  On Friday we went to mommy's work picnic.  It was fun to see all the little kids.  When mommy first started at her work, she was the youngest by 15yrs.  Now, there are a few others around her age and even younger who all have kids now!

At night, we went to visit with Tyler, Kalyn, uncle Justin and aunt Kimmie.  The 3 of us kids play so well together and really enjoy our short period together!  Little D even joined us!
