Avery is an amazing little girl. She catches onto things very quickly. Mommy and daddy show her how to do something a couple times and she masters it before we look twice. She is already transitioning to sippy cups, almond milk and food. She knows that a brush is used for the hair and shoes go on the feet. She will wave, come crawling when you ask her to and even open her mouth for kisses. Her favorite food right now is bologna and jelly crackers. She enjoys drinking mommy's special smoothies that she makes her and her favorite juice is apple. She does not enjoy wearing hats or anything else on her head but is slowly warming up to the idea of shoes on her feet.
Avery isn't quite walking yet but soon, very soon! She is a dare-devil and climbs anything she can. She is the only one of us that has tried to climb out of our high chair. She wants to be involved in everything that is going on around her. This first year has been an amazing journey and we can't wait to watch Avery's little personality develop even more! **Avery would not cooperate for her doggie picture this month. Mommy tried 3 different times and decided to just settle with "the best she could get". Avery does not like to sit and is always moving!
